Pengaruh Transformational Leadership pada Innovative Behaviour yang Dimediasi oleh Psychological Empowerment dan Knowledge Sharing
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovative behaviour yang dimediasi oleh psychological empowerment dan knowledge sharing pada guru SMKS Brantas Karangkates. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari proses survey, wawancara, serta kuisioner offline. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling sensus. Namun sampel responden yang kembali sebanyak 59 responden dari total populasi sebanyak 104 guru SMKS Brantas Karangkates. Sementara untuk teknik pengujian data yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS 3.0. Tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara transformational leadership terhadap innovative behaviour guru SMKS Brantas Karangkates. Namun transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological empowerment dan knowledge sharing. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa psychological empowerment dan knowledge sharing memediasi penuh pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovative behaviour pada guru SMKS Brantas Karangkates Malang. Akhirnya, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa psychological empowerment dan knowledge sharing memiliki peranan yang besar dan signifikan untuk kepala sekolah SMKS Brantas Karangkates dan jajarannya dalam memaksimalkan peran transformational leadership guna mengefektifkan innovative behaviour para guru di sekolah.
