Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Niat Membeli pada Aplikasi Pemesanan Tiket Pesawat dan Kamar Hotel
Abstract
Di era digital saat ini, model bisnis usaha berbasis online bertumbuh semakin cepat. Masyarakat Indonesia mulai mengalami pergeseran perilaku terkait kemudahan untuk mendapatkan produk yang diinginkan. Salah satu contoh usaha online yang sedang marak berkembang adalah online traveling. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat beli tiket dan kamar hotel secara online melalui aplikasi. Adapun konstruk yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan, pengalaman membeli konsumen, harga serta niat beli. Penelitian dilakukan di Indonesia dengan sample populasi masyarakat yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi pemesanan tiket dan kamar hotel dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dari ketiga faktor yang mempengaruhi niat beli pada aplikasi pemesanan tiket dan kamar hotel, pengalaman membeli konsumen memilki pengaruh paling kuat dibandingkan dengan kedua variable lain yaitu harga dan kualitas layanan dalam mendorong terciptanya niat beli dari konsumen pada aplikasi pemesanan tiket dan kamar hotel.
