Pengaruh Dimensi Kepemimpinan terhadap Efektivitas Kepemimpinan Perusahaan Manufaktur di Indonesia
Abstract
Bisnis manufaktur memainkan peran penting dan potensial dalam kontribusi pertumbuhan PDB negara. Di Indonesia, kontribusi bisnis manufaktur dalam PDB naik ke peringkat keempat teratas di dunia. Menurut banyak peneliti, keefektifan kepemimpinan merupakan faktor penting dalam kinerja organisasi, namun penelitian untuk faktor yang memberi dampak besar dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan masih kurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai tujuh dimensi kepemimpinan (variabel independen) korelasi dengan efektivitas kepemimpinan (variabel dependen). Metode penelitian terapan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pekerja dari bisnis manufaktur di Jabodetabek
sebagai sampel kuesioner survei. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa “kemampuan untuk menginspirasi” dimensi kepemimpinan adalah faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kepemimpinan dalam bisnis manufaktur di Jabodetabek.
